The 2024 Child Care Benefit Application is now available online through Employee Self-Service for eligible faculty, librarians & staff. 

The Child Care Benefit application deadline is 5:00 p.m. on March 18, 2025.

Details and instructions for how to apply for this entitlement UTFA negotiated on your behalf can be accessed here. The benefit reimburses a portion of child care expenses incurred in each calendar year for each eligible child (natural, step, common-law, adopted, or ward) under age seven. Note that the documentation requirements are somewhat complicated, so we encourage you to consult the Child Care Benefits FAQ and start the process ASAP.
