I am writing formally to request a special meeting of the Joint Committee to discuss the University Administration’s plans to address COVID-19.
If possible, we would like to meet this week. We have availability as follows:
1. Wednesday, March 11, after 9:00 a.m. 2. Thursday, March 12, after 1:00 p.m. 3. Friday, March 13, after 3:00 p.m.
Please let me know whether any of these times would work. I realize that this is short notice, but, since news media are now using the term “pandemic” to refer to the COVID-19 outbreak, UTFA believes that a meeting is urgent.
