The University Administration is excluding faculty and librarians hired after June 30, 2023, from Across-the-Board (ATB) salary increases recently awarded by Arbitrator Gedalof. UTFA members have organized a petition demanding that the Administration apply retroactive ATB salary increases to all recently hired faculty and librarians.
